Warranty and Replacements

Warranty for Consumers:

eMoMo products have a warranty that extends to 1-year after the date of purchase

  • When parts are requested by consumer a proof of purchase needs to be provided
  • If consumer has damaged the part the warranty is void. (i.e. water is spilled on electronics, speaker covers are damaged during a move, dock is bent or damaged from consumer misuse, et cetera)
  • Parts that are requested when warranty time has passed or if warranty is void due to consumer inflicted damage; parts need to be paid for before shipment. Shipping costs will be included in the pricing. Payment can be made via check or money order.

Warranty for Dealers/Retailers:

eMoMo products have a warranty that extends to 1-year after the date of manufacture of furniture

  • If dealer/retailer has damaged the part that warranty is void. (i.e. water is spilled on electronics, speaker covers are damaged during a move, dock is bent or damaged from misuse, et cetera)
  • Parts that are requested when warranty time has passed or if warranty is void due to dealer/retailer inflicted damage; parts need to be paid for before shipment. Shipping costs will be added to total price.

Returns/Replacements:

Handy Kenlin requires detailed information regarding non-functioning or damaged product

  • Description of problem
  • For damaged items photographs, if possible
  • For damaged, description of how damage occurred

When replacements are sent due to non-functional product the following will be provided

  • Replacement parts
  • Return Authorization
  • UPS return label
    • Handy Kenlin requires the return of non-functional products
    • Return label is provided so items can be shipped back at no cost to consumer or dealer/retailer

Product Reset

Audio and Video Units

  • Disconnect all devices from the unit; docking station and all ports
  • Disconnect any Bluetooth signal between unit and devices(s)
  • Turn off power
  • Unplug from wall and wait 5 minutes before plugging back in
  • Turn on power
  • Reconnect Bluetooth signal and any devices previously in use

Recliner Open Close Controllers

  • Unplug from wall and wait 5 minutes before plugging back in
  • Note: If product has a metal cover plate which has been removed you must have the metal cover plate back in place before plugging back in.
